NJNU began negotiations with Saint Barnabas Medical Center on September 24, 2009 as the current agreement is due to expire on November 1, 2009 at midnight.

Kimball Medical Center and Saint Barnabas Behavioral Health Center contract was extended and has not been settled at this point.
