Today, we held meetings all day for the nurses in Livingston, to present to you, the complete proposal that management offered at the conclusion of negotiations on Monday.

The attendance was impressively high and your voices were heard !

You, the members of NJNU, with a 90% majority vote, gave YOUR bargaining team the approval of authorizing a 10 day strike notice if it is deemed necessary.

First thing on Thursday morning, we will be contacting SBMC management to request that our negotiations continue on Friday.
